I was asked by a out of state friend to post my baby boy diaper cakes... so here they are!
I made the first one for my daughter Kelly when she was having Preston. The theme was "Mother and baby bird" for the shower.
And I made this diaper cake for my Daughter In Love Cara when she was having Corbin.
The theme was vintage Mickey:

I too love hosting baby showers and have a double one coming up late this summer (for 2 gals in our church). I had already decided to do diaper cakes and our theme is vintage baby shower (using mostly vintage cowboy fabric as my inspiration). I've printed the pictures of your lovely cakes to help me along the way. Thanks for posting :)
