This is such a great side dish to serve with Pork, steak or chicken!
Roasted Root Vegetables
(Sweet potato, carrot and beets)
1 Sweet Potato
2 or 3 carrots
1 tea balsamic vinegar
2 Tab Olive oil or Coconut oil
Peel, and cube veggies. Toss in balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Sprinkle sea salt and roast for 45 min at 350 degrees.
