O Olive Oil and eRecipeCards.com Recipe Contest (Review)

When I was chosen to participate in the eRecipeCards.com recipe contest sponsored by O Olive Oil,
I was so thrilled to receive their selection for me in the mail!

O Olive Oil chose my inspired recipe idea to use the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and the Champagne Vinegar.

eRecipeCards.com and O Olive Oil teamed up for this fabulous recipe contest.
I feel like I have already won, just being chosen to receive this beautiful package and to offer my  recipe creation! 

I was immediately impressed with their simple, yet very elegant packaging.

 I would give this as a gift for any occasion with a 

simple green stain ribbon wrapped around the box. 

When I pulled the beautifully weighted bottles from the box I couldn't decide which to open first. Ultimately I went for the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil!

The scent of Meyer Lemon was so fresh... Paired with Organic Olive Oil, "crushed" together for a mild mix between the two... 

The lemon flavor danced on my tongue with no bitter lemon taste whats so ever.

The smooth olive taste didn't over power either. I dipped some fresh Italian bread in the vibrant Meyer Lemon O Olive Oil and was inspired! And Many recipes and uses for this incredible olive oil came to mind. When I opened the Champagne vinegar and tasted it I was pleasantly surprised at the sweetness verses the tart flavor. Oh, I was  ready to start my recipe!
