I went plum picking at my favorite neighborhood farm and got about a half of a flat of organic plums.
They were ready for something so I decided to make some quickie jam.

I found this blog, Savory Sweet Life, with a very simple and healthy way to make small amounts of jam so I used this recipe and made the jam and jared it in about an hour.

Organic Plum Jam
2 cups of Organic plums (what ever kind you like) peeled and chopped seeds removed.
1 cup Organic Sugar
1 Tab Organic lemon juice freshly squeezed
Place plums in pan with lemon juice and summer till fruit is soft... about 5 minutes. Add sugar and cook an additional 10 minutes, jar and refrigerate. Makes on pint or two small half pints. Enjoy!
