Corned Beef and Cabbage/ Yukon Gold potatoes and carrots are in the slow cooker set to low...

It will be ready for an early supper.

I'll be trying my hand at Irish Soda Bread later today too...

Corned beef Roast with Yukon Gold potatoes, carrots and fresh picked cabbage

The corned beef came out tender with little fat content because it was cooked all day in the slow cooker
