Winter or summer!

This is what a Halibut looks like on the bottom of the ocean.

I'm not sure what this fish is... but he was big and really cool. I called him the "Elvis" of the ocean.

This is a very large octopus hanging upside down in the aquarium.

I'll remember that!

Being on the water is amazing!

Heading back from fishing all day

Beautiful boat ride back into the marina from a day fishing.

I caught a 22 pound Halibut and a Rock fish (not pictured)

Beautiful day for fishing!

I used 2 Boxes of:

To make a 8x13 pan

Or you can use your favorite homemade brownie recipe.
 Here's mine:

I've been making these brownies for 40 years!
Let completely cool before frosting.

Cookies and Cream Frosting:

Makes enough to frost a 8x13 pan of brownies.
But you can use this recipe to frost a cake or Cupcakes.

4 cups Powdered Sugar
1 stick of  softened butter
4 Tab. Heavy cream
1 tea. Vanilla
10 chopped (I used my food processor) Oreo's. (I used Double Stuff)

Whip together (I used my Kitchen Aid) Sugar, Butter, Cream and vanilla till light and fluffy.
By Hand FOLD in cookie crumbs.
Frost away!
