Chicken Salad with red grapes and pecans

Chicken Salad with red grapes and pecans

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup grapes cut in half
2 chopped green onions
1 tab dill
salt and pepper
1/2 (or more taste) Mayo
Cut chicken into large chunks and gently boil for about 15 min (till cooked)
Take out and let cool then dice. Add the rest of the ing. and stir well and chill.
Serve in a bed of lettuce. 
Its so good you won't need bread but serve on bread or rolls if you like.

  1. So good! I have not put onions in it before - may have to try that. I use to make it on occasion - need to start again.

    1. Thanks Glenda... The green onions are mild so it gives it another level of flavor rather than over powering the whole dish.
